The Upshur County Commissioners Court has called an Emergency Session of the Commissioners Court for today at 2:30 p.m. The Commissioners will discuss and take action regarding jail food purchases. "This meeting is called to address an urgent public necessity, so the the Commissioners Court, the Sheriff's Department and the County Auditor may take all necessary action to feed the inmates housed in the Upshur County jail," said Upshur County Judge Dean Fowler. |
