Burglary suspect shot by Deputies dies

The burglary suspect shot by Franklin County Deputies November 7 after allegedly robbing a home near Winnsboro and fleeing the scene, has died.

Authorities say Jonathan Silver Love of Gladewater died Monday at ETMC Tyler. Deputies fired on Love on FM 1500 in Mt Vernon when Love went to his weapon.

The home burglary is still being investigated.
