Grand Saline students, teachers, and community members gathered this morning at the flag pole in front of the high school for a vigil to bring home 17-year-old Charity Pulley. Charity was reported missing from her home September 18th. “At this point the case is a missing person,” said Van Zandt County Pct. 1 Constable Mickey Henson. “We haven’t had anything turn up on Facebook and haven’t heard from anyone who knows where she is.” The Pulley family joined students and faculty at the High School today praying for Charity’s return. “Everyone is upset with the situation,” said Grand Saline High School Principal Ricky LaPrade. “Charity was a bubbly student and just a great kid.” Community leaders joined the school in praying for Charity’s return. “Michael Tollison, our Youth Pastor and Main Street Baptist Church, came up and shared some words,” LaPrade said. “Hopefully with all the information that’s out there we can get some leads and bring some resolve to the situation.”
