Q:
How do I know when I can listen online? Check
this page for the flashing On Air banner. When the banner is
displayed, you can listen to the online stream. Also, look
for the flashing On Air sign on the KMOO's homepage.
Q: What
do I need to listen to the online stream? We
recommend Microsoft Media Player 9 or higher. You can
download Media Player from Microsoft
here. You can listen to the stream with either a dial-up
or a broadband connection.
Q: Why
can't I listen to the KMOO on the Internet all day long?
Unfortunately, due to federal copyright laws, we are not
currently able to stream our regular music programs.
Q:
When I click on the On Air sign, nothing happens.
Check to make sure you are allowing pop-up. Try
holding down the Ctrl key while clicking on the sign.
Q:
Media Player opens but never connects to the stream.
The network may be experiencing trouble. Please
try again in a few minutes.
Q:
Media Player connects, but there is no audio. First,
check your volume. If you can hear other system sounds, the
problem may be an internal network issue. Please try again
in a few minutes.
