• 2 sticks of unsalted butter softened
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 large eggs
• 2-1/2 cups all purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt

Beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs and mix well. Fold in dry ingredients until well mixed. Drop by Tablespoons of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets and bake at 325 degrees for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown.

Before baking press any of the following ingredients into top of dough:

• Chocolate chips and pecans
• White chocolate chips and macadamia nuts
• Chocolate/Caramel swirl chips and pecans
• Coconut and chocolate chips
• Bits of Candy Bars
• Chocolate Mint Chips
• Use your imagination!!!!!!
