Tator Tot Casserole

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • Family sized can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 lb. bag of tator tots
  • 12 slices of American cheese

Brown ground beef and onions and drain. Mix in soup and put in a 9x13 pan. Fry or bake tator tots until crispy. Arrange on top of hamburger mixture. Top with sliced cheese and bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 6-8.
