cake

• 1 white boxed cake mix
• 4 eggs
• 1-1/3 cups bottled margarita mixer
• 1 packet of lime kool-aid
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil

frosting

• 2 lbs. powdered sugar
• 1/2 cup margarita mixer
• 1 packet of lime kool-aid mix
• 3 sticks of unsalted butter

Mix together cake mix, eggs, margarita mixer, 1 packet of kool-aid, and 1/3 cup of oil. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Bake per box directions. While cake cools, mix frosting. beat together powdered sugar, butter, margarita mixer, and lime kool-aid on high speed until light and fluffy. Frost cooled cake and for a festive touch, sprinkle edge of cake with green sugar sprinkles. Serves 10-12.
