Chocolate Mousse Pie
-
1 graham cracker crust
- 1-3.4 oz.
box of chocolate instant pudding mix
- 3 cups cold heavy cream-divided
- 1/2 powdered sugar
Mix pudding and 2 cups of cream together on high speed until light and
fluffy. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate. Mix other cup of cold cream and
powdered sugar until it forms stiff peaks. Swirl on top of chocolate. Top
with chocolate curls, chocolate chips or other garnish. For a change mix in
Heath bits or any other candy bar bits, nuts or coconut. Serves 6-8.
