Frozen Cheesecake Masterpiece

Start with a frozen cheesecake. Transfer to a serving dish and thaw. Top with any of the following combinations:

*Strawberries mixed with 1/2 cup each of strawberry jam and corn syrup. heat in microwave for two minutes, stir well and cool before drizzling over cheesecake or cheesecake slices.

*Drizzle with chocolate and caramel ice cream toppings and sprinkle with pecans.

*Top with sliced bananas and chocolate ice cream topping.

*Drizzle with a mixture of raspberry jam and corn syrup as above and then drizzle with chocolate ice cream topping

*Top with fresh fruit mixed with vanilla yogurt and 1 teaspoon of fresh lime juice. Fruit can be arranged in a decorative design and then drizzle the yogurt mixture on top.

The secret to a professional presentation is to make it look like a piece of art. For example, anything you drizzle on top can be done in designs such as swirls and dots or a criss cross design. Any time you put fruit on top make a design out of it instead of just throwing it on top. And above all, use your imagination.
