This event offers free preventative and primary care to uninsured East Texans. Medical exams – Health Screenings (blood pressure, BMI, blood sugar, cholesterol) – Dental exams – Student Physicals – Hearing Tests – Mental Health Services – Immunizations (records required) – Mammography Services.
Dental services will require a pre-screening, held on June 2nd & June 4th only. A limited number of dental patients will be treated and will be asked to return the following day. Treatment will be limited to fillings and extractions.
Registration will begin at 8 AM each day and will conclude at noon on Friday, June 6th.
This program not only provides quality health care to uninsured East Texans, it also promotes healthy living by educating participants on healthy eating, physical fitness, living a healthy lifestyle free of tobacco use and following the advice of your doctor after each yearly checkup.
