A two-vehicle fatality accident has been reported four miles south of Canton on State Highway 19.

According to DPS, one person has been confirmed dead. The accident occurred around 12:30 p.m. Monday afternoon when a car and an 18-wheeler carrying a mobile home collided. A second person involved in the crash was airlifted to a Tyler hospital.

The identity of the deceased has not been released.
