As the myth has it, Big Foot is somewhere in East Texas.

But where? East Texans may have answers to the much sought after question in 2013. Crews from Animal Planet's "Finding Bigfoot" will be in East Texas in January to film for an episode of the show.

"I cannot discuss or disclose where we will be filming or specific elements of the East Texas episode," said Producer Sean Mantooth. "We can't have elements of the show being leaked before the episode actually airs."

It is believed however that the crew will be in the Sabine River area.
