A Tyler man was taken into custody last night for aggravated assault with a knife.

Tyler Police responded to the call located at 606 Woodland Hills just after 8 p.m.

When Police arrived 37-year-old Jeffrey Logan was still inside the residence. Eventually Logan came out of the house, followed the officer’s commands, and was taken into custody.
